Libang paper phase II project is one of the 45 "five certificates issued simultaneously" projects in the centralized construction project. The project is invested by Hubei Libang Paper Co., Ltd., with a total investment of 300 million yuan, covering an area of 174 Mu and a total construction area of 42000 m2, including production workshop, finished product warehouse, heating workshop, supporting office building, dormitory building and other facilities. Zhang Zhanhao, general manager of Hubei Libang Paper Co., Ltd., introduced that the phase II project started today will continue to expand the production capacity to 200000 tons. It is expected that the annual sales volume of the project will be 1.8 billion yuan after it is put into operation.

It is reported that Libang group is a modern high-grade household paper enterprise integrating R & D, production and sales. In recent years, the company attaches great importance to the development and development of the central China market, has signed an investment agreement with the Xiaonan District government, and plans to build the 300000 t high-grade household paper project of Libang paper industry in three phases. Since the project started in 2019, it has received the full support of Xiaonan District Party committee and district government. The four high-speed paper machine production lines with an annual capacity of 100000 tons in phase I of the project have been completed and put into operation in April 2021.
