(2) Lubrication system failure.

Working for a long time under high temperature will lead to poor performance of lubrication system, oil deterioration, wear of chassis and other transmission systems, and affect the paint layer and metal structure.

(1) On site emergency treatment of high temperature fault.

Boiling is one of the common faults caused by high temperature of diaper equipment. When the water temperature is too high, do not rush to open the water radiator cover for heat dissipation. It is easy to spray hot water and make up water after natural cooling; According to the operation experience and the mechanical operation specification of diapers, the operator should stop the operation immediately, do not shut down the engine, idle the engine, open the shutter to increase the air flow, slowly reduce the water temperature and release a large number of bubbles generated by the cooling system.

When the engine idles for a few minutes, the water temperature drops and no longer boils. Wrap the water radiator cap with a towel or veil. Carefully open part of the water radiator cap to release the water vapor and ensure that the water vapor of the water radiator is released. Then open the water radiator cap and open the water radiator cap. Remember that your arms are not exposed to avoid facial water and prevent hot water from scalding your face.

(2) When adding coolant, it is best to add the same type of coolant as the water radiator. Unless it is treated urgently, do not add tap water at will.

When adding cooling water to the water supply radiator, you must wait until the water temperature drops to about 70 ℃; It should be cooled gradually. Do not add too much water at one time, that is, let the engine idle, add water slowly and the water flow is long, so as to ensure the safety of operators and diapers.

(3) Do not cool the brake or other components with water when they are overheated

It will reduce its service life and performance, resulting in component deformation and even cracking. Natural cooling must be stopped.


Key points of daily maintenance of diaper machinery in summer

(1) Do a good job in early maintenance.

In summer, it is best to carry out comprehensive maintenance on the diaper machinery, replace the three oil filters of the engine, replace or adjust the adhesive tape, check whether the performance of the fan, pump, generator and compressor is reliable, and carry out maintenance, maintenance or replacement if necessary.

When working in high-temperature areas, properly increase the oil viscosity level, check whether the cooling system and fuel system are unblocked, replace aging wires, plugs and hoses, and check and tighten fuel pipes to prevent fuel leakage; Clean the oil and dust on the engine body to ensure that the engine is light and has good heat dissipation.

(2) Do a good job of lubrication.

Equipment lubrication is one of the important means to prevent parts from wear and failure. Lubrication plays an important role in equipment transmission and maintenance, which will affect performance, accuracy and service life. For lubrication, five or three levels of filtration shall be conducted according to the specified lubrication time, lubrication implementer, lubricating oil, parts, quantity, storage filtration, distribution filtration and refueling filtration inspection. Reduce friction and wear to ensure normal operation.

In the high temperature season in summer, the lubrication time should be adjusted first, which is 0.5-1 times shorter than that in spring and autumn. Observe the oil quality. The temperature of fatty oil is easy to change. If the temperature rises, add oil properly (grease gun up to three times). If the temperature is slightly higher and then decreases slowly, lubrication is proved to be effective. Insufficient bearing oil causes an increase in lubrication and temperature.

If the temperature remains unchanged or only rises and falls after refueling, it indicates that the bearing is worn, or there is a serious lack of oil, or even the internal oil is dry. Therefore, the grease should adjust the lubrication time, and formulate the lubrication plan and discharge time when it is due.

Liquid oil mainly pays attention to oil emulsification. In the high temperature season in summer, the lubricating oil runs more than 20 degrees higher than that in spring, autumn and winter. The oil keeps heating up and cooling down in an open environment. Because oil is also a hydrocarbon, it produces water and emulsifies the oil. Oil emulsification will greatly reduce the viscosity and double the original film efficiency of the lubricating part. As you can imagine, the friction will double. Therefore, a lubrication plan should also be formulated to pay attention to inspection, prevent in advance and realize predictive maintenance.
