Failure and Mechanical Failure of Baby Nappy Equipment Parts

# baby nappy equipment

The loss of working capacity of baby nappy equipment is called failure, and the loss of specified working capacity of machine parts is called failure. The failure of baby nappy equipment is inseparable from the failure of parts. Faults caused by the failure of parts due to the deformation, fracture and erosion of parts caused by normal wear or physical and chemical changes of parts. Such faults are also called natural faults.

Part failure category of baby nappy equipment

Wear of parts: wear is the most important and common form of part failure. Deformation of parts: the phenomenon that the size and shape of parts change due to the force during the working process of the machine is called deformation. Metal deformation includes elastic deformation and plastic deformation. Fracture of parts: under the action of external force load, the parts first undergo elastic deformation. When the stress caused by the load exceeds the elastic limit and continues to increase, the material may produce plastic deformation, and finally fracture occurs when the stress exceeds the strength limit. Corrosion damage: the point spalling on the surface of parts under cyclic contact stress is called fatigue point corrosion; The chemical and electrochemical damage of the surrounding medium is called corrosion; Under the action of temperature change and medium, pinholes are generated on the surface of parts, which continue to expand, which is called acupoint corrosion. Fatigue pitting, corrosion and pitting are collectively referred to as corrosion.

Troubleshooting of baby nappy equipment

The elimination of man-made accidental faults mainly depends on improving the quality of use, management and maintenance personnel and strengthening the sense of responsibility. Natural faults can only be realized through adjustment and repair. There are usually the following methods:

(1) Adjustment method

Generally, the original matching relationship of the mating parts is restored by adjusting the bolt tightness or adjusting the gasket thickness. During repair, the mating parts do not need to be processed (or only scraped), but only the method of increasing the gasket or adjusting the gasket thickness to restore them to the original matching clearance.

(2) Repair dimension method

During repair, the more expensive parts in the accessories shall be machined to restore their geometry and obtain new dimensions. Then another worn part in the accessories shall be discarded and replaced with a new part matching the processed parts, so as to restore the fitting clearance of the accessories to the initial clearance. This maintenance method should consider the possibility of part structure processing and the allowable mechanical strength after part maintenance, and on this premise, increase the maintenance times as much as possible; On the other hand, the maintenance dimensions shall be standardized to facilitate the supply of spare parts.

(3) Supplementary parts method (additional parts method)

In this method, each part of the fitting part is processed and shaped, and one of the parts is given reasonable diameter reduction or hole expansion, and then a bushing of the same material or higher quality is added, which is pressed or screwed or welded to the original part with interference, and then processed to the fitting size to make the fitting property meet the requirements.

The maintenance of baby nappy equipment is closely related to the production, operation and efficiency of enterprises. No matter large enterprises or small and medium-sized enterprises, it can not be ignored and should attract the attention of all levels and management departments. In particular, the continuous updating, high-precision, efficient and automatic equipment of baby nappy equipment in enterprises shows the importance of equipment maintenance.
